Tim graduated from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law in 2001. He thereafter served as a judicial law clerk at both the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Missouri.
He first obtained valuable trial experience while working as an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Kansas City, Missouri. He then built upon that experience working for a well-respected insurance defense firm where after only four years he became a partner.
While Tim has always loved being a lawyer, defending wrongdoers and insurance companies often left much to be desired. For this reason, in 2011, Tim started his own firm aimed at pursuing justice for injured parties.
Tim is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Kansas and frequently appears in courts throughout the states of Missouri and Kansas. He is also a member of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit, United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and United States District Court for Kansas. He is an active member in the Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
